About

On Thursday, April 18, 2024, Maine State Government invites employees to inspire Maine's future by sharing your work experiences with the kids in your life. It doesn't matter if it's your daughters, sons, grandchildren, nieces, nephews or neighbors, if they are ages 8 to 18, we encourage them to participate.

We’d love to see how you’re participating! With an adult’s permission, use the hashtag #TMTW2024 if you share photos on social media. You can also visit the Bureau of Human Resources’ social media platforms (‘mainebhr’ on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube) to connect with photos, videos, and resources throughout the day.

Guided Tour Registration

The Blaine House and the State House will be offering a limited number of guided tours of two important buildings in state government! Pre-registration is required and reservations are taken on a first-come, first-serve basis. The forms will collect sign-ups from April 9th at 9 a.m. until April 16th at 5 p.m. or until the tours are full.
